Hey there! I'm Jillian.
As a child, I loved eating. As I grew older, I started noticing that my body didn't always love food back.
I began looking in earnest for the optimal way of eating. I became a holistic nutritionist hoping to get the answer, but it created more questions.
I tried every diet out there: vegan, paleo, gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, low carb, high fat...you name it I've tried it. I still had lingering symptoms and I had stopped enjoying food.
I attended culinary school and discovered how to cook using traditional wisdom. I finally discovered that if I ate the highest quality homemade food, I could eat all the foods!
I found the freedom to eat the way God created me to by eating food the way He created it: unadulterated and unprocessed.
Now its my passion to teach women how to nourish their bodies and nourish their families with joy.

Module 1: Welcome to the World of Sourdough
In this module you will discover why sourdough is so special! We will talk health benefits, sourdough history, lingo and key terms, and what exactly you need to get started.
Module 2: Sourdough Basics
This module will create the foundation for you to build on! We will cover how to make a bubbly starter in less than 5 minutes a day and how to keep it happy. You'll also learn how to make my basic no knead loaf of bread and create a rhythm for sourdough baking that fits your schedule.
Module 3: Simple Sourdough Recipes
This is my favorite module! You will get 11 video tutorials for my favorite foolproof sourdough recipes. You will get to see exactly what it looks like to make each recipe! It will be a mix of active and discard recipes so you will never run out of things to do with your discard. This module also has a printable cookbook with all 15 recipes from the course!
Module 4: Bonus Lessons
The bonus module has a lesson all about troubleshooting and answering your FAQs so we can jump those hurdles before you come to them. It also has a lesson all about what to do with your leftover bread with 3 recipes included!

FAQs
How long will the course take?
The course is entirely self paced! You can complete a lesson then head to your kitchen and practice until you are ready to move on. I recommend following the action steps at the end of each lesson and completing them before moving on.
How long will I have access to the course content?
Forever! I plan on updating the course every year and adding new recipes as they are perfected. I will always send emails when I've added new recipes or updated an existing lesson.
Is this for me if I already bake sourdough?
I believe my course has value for anyone who is interested in sourdough! Even if you have an established starter, you may find value in my method for finding your sourdough rhythm. I also have 15 recipes beyond the typical loaf of bread that can help you find ways to use your starter!
Do you cover gluten-free sourdough?
I don't have a method for gluten free sourdough. I have found that most people who have eliminated gluten can add traditional sourdough bread made with ancient wheat back into their diet and start enjoying bread again. If you don't want to eat gluten, this course is not for you!
Is this for a complete beginner?
Yes! I created this course as if I was speaking to someone who had never even heard the word sourdough before! I wanted to remove any barriers to entering the world of sourdough.
Is this about more than just bread?
Yes! I cover why sourdough is so good for us and how to make all of our favorite baked goods using the sourdough method.
Do you offer refunds?
Considering the type of service offered, this course is non-refundable. Once you have purchased the course & accessed the downloads, it's yours for life!
